Lead HR Coaching™ (LHRC™) is an independent professional development program intended for educational purposes. The program is designed for HR professionals, administrators, supervisors, managers, trainers, learning and development professionals, and individuals involved in workplace learning activities who wish to expand their understanding of training design, facilitation, and organizational learning practices.
Whether training delivery forms part of your current responsibilities or you are interested in learning more about workplace learning methodologies, the program explores concepts related to training preparation, instructional design, facilitation techniques, participant engagement, communication approaches, learning activities, and evaluation methodologies commonly used in organizational settings.
Participants may be introduced to practical frameworks, educational resources, planning approaches, sample templates, and illustrative examples intended to support professional learning and workplace development.

Subject to separate eligibility criteria, review procedures, due diligence, and a written agreement, selected individuals or organizations may be eligible to apply for CIQHR partnership, affiliation, reseller, or trainer opportunities.
Participation in or completion of the training program does **not** guarantee acceptance into any partnership, reseller, trainer, affiliation, licensing, or commercial arrangement.

Where applicable, eligible partners may receive access to selected marketing resources, including landing page templates, promotional materials, or related educational resources, subject to CIQHR policies, intellectual property rights, availability, and applicable partnership agreements.

Eligible partners may receive access to selected onboarding guidance, educational resources, or program support services, subject to availability and the applicable partnership terms and conditions.

Training Materials: Educational resources may be provided to eligible participants in accordance with the program description, applicable licensing terms, and CIQHR policies.
Delivery Format: Fully Online
Estimated Learning Time: Approximately 18 hours
Learning Schedule: Self-paced
Recommended Experience: Two (2) or more years of professional experience in HR, learning and development, workplace training, management, education, administration, or a related field is recommended.

CIQHR reserves the right to revise, update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue program content, educational resources, delivery methods, assessments, partnership opportunities, marketing resources, pricing, schedules, or related services where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable policies.
