1. PurposeThis Certificate & Credential Policy ("Policy") explains how Certificates of Completion, digital credentials, badges, profile listings, memberships, and other recognitions are issued by QOLD Business & People Development Inc., operating under CIQHR™, LHRC™, and related educational programs ("CIQHR," "we," "our," or "us").This Policy should be read together with our:• Training Terms & Conditions • Website Terms of Use • Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy • Privacy Policy • Refund & Cancellation Policy
2. Educational PurposeCIQHR provides private professional development programs intended to support learning, knowledge development, and workplace skill enhancement.Certificates and related credentials issued by CIQHR are educational recognitions of participation or successful completion of a private training program.Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, they are not government-issued qualifications, academic degrees, professional licences, statutory certifications, or regulatory approvals.
3. Certificate of CompletionParticipants who satisfy the applicable program completion requirements may be issued a Certificate of Completion.The Certificate confirms only that the participant has completed the educational requirements established by CIQHR for the applicable program.It does not independently verify or represent the participant's professional competence, employment readiness, practical experience, or ability to perform any regulated activity.
4. Eligibility for Certificate IssuanceCertificate eligibility may require completion of one or more of the following:• required learning modules; • mandatory assessments, where applicable; • program participation requirements; • payment of applicable fees; • compliance with CIQHR policies; • any additional requirements communicated for the specific program. CIQHR reserves the right to verify completion before issuing a certificate.
5. Certificate InformationCertificates may include information such as:• participant name; • program title; • completion date; • certificate identification number (where applicable); • authorized signature; • CIQHR branding; • program duration (where applicable); • CPD information (where applicable). Certificate formats may change without notice.
6. Digital CertificatesCertificates may be issued electronically.Participants are responsible for downloading and maintaining their own copies after issuance.CIQHR does not guarantee indefinite online storage of certificates unless expressly stated.
7. Certificate CorrectionsParticipants should review certificates promptly after issuance.Reasonable correction requests relating to spelling, formatting, or administrative errors should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible.CIQHR may require supporting documentation before issuing a corrected certificate.
8. Replacement CertificatesWhere available, replacement certificates may be requested.CIQHR may:• verify participant identity; • verify completion records; • charge an administrative fee; • update certificate format to the current version. Replacement certificates remain subject to CIQHR's policies in effect at the time of the request.
9. Verification of CertificatesCIQHR may provide certificate verification services where available.Verification may include confirmation of:• participant name; • program title; • completion status; • completion date; • certificate number (where applicable). Verification may require participant consent where required by applicable privacy laws.
10. Certificate ValidityCertificates remain valid as records of educational completion unless revoked under this Policy.However, workplace practices, laws, technologies, and professional standards may evolve over time.Participants are encouraged to maintain their professional development through ongoing learning.
11. Digital BadgesCertain programs may include digital badges or similar educational recognitions.Badges are intended to acknowledge participation or completion of designated learning activities.Badges do not constitute government recognition, licensing, professional certification, or legal authorization.
12. Profile ListingsWhere offered, participants may be eligible for inclusion in CIQHR directories, community listings, alumni pages, or similar platforms.Profile inclusion is optional and subject to:• participant consent; • verification procedures; • CIQHR policies; • ongoing compliance with applicable terms. CIQHR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove profile listings where reasonably necessary.
13. Membership RecognitionParticipation in a membership program, including any Gold Membership or similar offering, represents participation in a private membership program administered by CIQHR.Membership does not constitute professional licensing, statutory registration, regulatory recognition, or governmental approval.Membership benefits remain subject to the applicable membership terms.
14. CPD RecognitionWhere a training program is described as CPD-accredited, CPD-recognized, or awarded CPD hours, such references relate only to the educational activity itself and should not be interpreted as:• professional licensing; • statutory certification; • government approval; • regulatory recognition; • authorization to practise a regulated profession. Participants remain responsible for confirming whether any CPD activity is accepted by their employer, association, regulator, licensing body, or other organization.
15. No Employment GuaranteeCertificates issued by CIQHR do not guarantee:• employment; • promotion; • salary increases; • consulting opportunities; • client acquisition; • business success; • professional recognition; • acceptance by employers; • acceptance by professional associations. Employment decisions remain solely with employers.
16. No Professional LicenceCompletion of a CIQHR training program does not authorize participants to:• represent themselves as government licensed; • claim statutory certification; • provide regulated professional services without any required legal authorization; • use protected professional titles where restricted by applicable law. Participants remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
17. Acceptable Use of CertificatesParticipants may accurately state that they completed the applicable CIQHR program.Participants shall not:• alter certificates; • falsify certificates; • remove logos; • modify completion dates; • alter program titles; • claim qualifications not awarded; • imply governmental endorsement; • imply regulatory approval; • imply academic accreditation where none exists.
18. Revocation of CertificatesCIQHR reserves the right to revoke or invalidate a certificate where it reasonably determines that it was obtained through:• fraud; • identity misrepresentation; • academic dishonesty; • payment fraud; • significant administrative error; • material breach of CIQHR policies. Where reasonably practicable, participants may be given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.
19. Program ChangesCIQHR may revise:• program content; • learning objectives; • certificate design; • assessment methods; • completion requirements; • credential formats. Such changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
20. Limitation of ResponsibilityCIQHR does not guarantee that its certificates or credentials will be recognized by:• employers; • governments; • universities; • licensing bodies; • regulatory authorities; • immigration authorities; • professional associations; • third-party organizations. Participants are responsible for determining whether a particular credential meets their own professional or educational objectives.
21. Changes to This PolicyCIQHR may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect:• legal developments; • educational practices; • operational requirements; • credential management procedures. The current version will be published on the Website with its effective date.

23. AcknowledgementBy participating in a CIQHR training program or accepting any certificate, badge, profile listing, membership, or other credential issued by CIQHR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Certificate & Credential Policy.
